The grounds were extensive and offered peaceful scenery. Our room was quite spacious and included two comfortable chairs, nice for relaxation in the room.
There was a noticeable delay at check-in due to the reception being understaffedwith a queue. I had to wait about 20 minutes to complete the process.

The lack of cleanliness was a MAJOR issue. I noticed stains on the carpet and dust accumulation in the corners. The bathroom also showed signs of neglect with mildew in the shower grout ( disgusting!). It DEFINITELY made me question the overall hygiene standards of the place.

The Executive King Suite Non-Smoking was spacious and well-kept. It had two comfortable armchairs and a large work desk. The bathroom featured both a shower and a separate bathtub. I found the availability of multiple electrical outlets very convenient for charging my devices.
I found that the soundproofing between rooms was insufficient, and I could sometimes hear noise from adjacent rooms. THIS affected my ability to relax fully in the evening.
